John Hanly holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Systems, and has 14 years in the IT industry. His experience includes specification, design and implementation for business in the mining, telecommunications, steel profiling and manufacturing sectors. John has the combination of technical and communication skills that enable him to successfully interface with customers, and personally deliver their requirements.
Denis Hansell joined Shanti Software after 6 years in London working as a senior business analyst for Barclays Bank. He headed their Internet Application Development team, responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of multi-million dollar software development projects. He specialises in gathering requirements, re-engineering business processes, and project management. He combines extensive business knowledge with good people skills to ensure the best business solution.
